You can find the same items elsewhere at a cheaper prices and it accompanied by much better service. 4 weeks later I had still heard nothing so I cancelled my order and was told I would be refunded within 10 days. I was then told the items would be coming in stock within 2 weeks.

I made a order on the 12th may it stated on line the item was in stock after a week i called and was told the item was not in stock and awaiting stock i was at this point offered a refund. Around the same time, my friend also bought a Flipper Zero, but chose the regular, less expensive shipping method. It almost feels like they don’t actually have any support at all, and are using a chatGPT bot to try to feed token phrases to their customers to calm them down. Paid for expedited shipping, and it’s 13 days in currently on waiting and the package appears to be jumping around the US randomly.

Multiple customers complaining of very long wait times or no order at all. The company have blamed me, posting from France and on here COVID to customers too. I would take all unverified reviews with a pinch of salt. Nearly 1 month later im still waiting for the top that was ordered and have emailed again but received no reply yet. Emailed for an update and received a snippy reply from someone basically saying that they were dealing with my order and i had contacted them too early and i no right to be asking for an update yet. I am very impressed with the product, at a very competitive price, it does state delivered within 14 working days, so order in good time if it’s for a special occasion.
And 5 weeks after my order, still no item! The case is being handled by relevant authorities and my refund processed, again of which I have evidence. Unlike other reviewers, Trust Pilot have verified my review after being supplied with all the evidence of my purchase, the correspondence and the resulting abuse. I wanted to get a reproduction of my son’s first ever proper football shirt from the 90’s , including name and number, in his now adult size. We are so happy that you love the clothes and our service. Clothes are very cute and good quality!!
I emailed the company to query this, and having spent a good hour having read the awful reviews I wish I’d seen before I ordered I mentioned possibly needing to cancel my bank. The shirt is good quality and delivery was within a reasonable time. Wonderful boutique with great customer service and great quality clothing! I was charged for items which I found out were out of stock after I queried why I hadn’t received any dispatch or delivery information. As per my previous review I finally got a reply to my email saying refund had been processed and would take around a week to show on my account.

I bought a shirt that didn’t fit nor suit when it arrived. Ordered a shirt for my younger cousin as a gift for his birthday, was super surprised by the total and didn’t realise i could get a genuine football shirt for this kind of price! Great Quality for the price and good delivery

I wish I were able to attach screenshots of their ‘customer service’ to here to show the true nature of this ‘business’. I have waited a month for the item to arrive, despite their website ‘proudly’ displaying 7-14 working days for worldwide delivery. Amazing products and customer service – can’t wait to reorder! The customer service was amazing and the products are to die for!! Last time I’ll deal with a company I’ve never heard of, now I’ve all the faff of trying to recover my money, thank goodness I used a credit card. Very very poor customer service – non-existent in fact.

Truly awful service from start to finish. Surprise surprise no refund yet!!!! Now its the 5th july and still no refund. But due to the fact that i needed the item i said i would wait. My next step is to contact the consumer ombudsman as this is a poor way to handle customers

Ordered an item a month ago, still not received …. The company refunded me without any explanation at all. I’m not removing anything – people need to be aware of where their hard earned cash is going, and if reading this saves someone from the aggro of dealing with you and that some child gets their birthday gift etc then I’m happy. Reading other reviews it would appear that you’ll get a line about the portal being down, or Shopify being slow.I’d suggest reviewing your business practices.
